  1. Very pleased with this case. 5 Star Review

Posted by on 9th Jun 2017

Love this case, its sleek looking and even though it says its a Mid-Tower case, its a bit smaller than that. The case is very easy to work with, and I have had no problems with it. Some reviews have said that when putting in a AIO in the case that it's either not possible or hard to mount on top due to the clearance of the Motherboard and RAM. Personally I found that unless there is a specific reason for you wanting it top mounted that you can front mount the AIO radiator and you will have no problems.

Fans:( I replaced mine, but still used the originals for a while)
The case has holes for 140mm(though due to clearance not all 140mm may fit.) and 120mm fans on top, 120mm on the back, and 120mm in the front. The included fans(Corsair SP120) are very nice, they hit a max of 1400RPM and make no noise even when topping out. The LED's on the fans are very bright, the colors are correct(Ex. white is white with no weird tinge, blue is blue...etc.), and the modes that they can transition through are a nice touch. If you plan on keeping the fans and getting another set of the same kind, be warned they are a bit pricey.($60-70 for a pack of 3 as of this review)

    Cable Management:
The cable management in this case is not too bad. Though it definitely isn't very good either. I had no problems with hiding cables but due to the small form factor of the case you have to be a little creative with how you situate the cables behind the motherboard as you don't have a ton of room to work with. I had to squeeze and shove some wires into places that I wish I didn't have to do but had no other choice. So unless you have a million cables to hide, this case should be fine when trying to get that clean cableless look.

    SSD/Hard Drive Bays:
SSD bays are behind the motherboard and they secure in via a spring/clamps that you push the SSD into. It's kinda like the old Nintendo cartridges where you push them in to secure and push them again to let them out. Hard Drive bays are towards the bottom and are fine.

    Expansion Space:
I have a R9 290 Tri edition graphics card so this thing is pretty long. It fits in with no problems with room to go even bigger. So if you have a card that's bigger than the 290 do not worry as it should easily fit.
If you are putting in a cooler such as a Evo 212 or something of the same size, it will fit.

Overall I'm happy with the case and do not regret buying it. if you are looking for a case that's slightly smaller then your average Mid-Tower this is definitely worth getting.
